Raman Singh Chhina

Raman Chhina
I'm an economist and I study topics in macroeconomics and economic growth. In 2026-27 I will be a postdoctoral fellow at the MIT Sloan and Initiative on Digital Economy’s FutureTech Lab. In 2027, I’ll join King’s College London as an Assistant Professor of Economics. I graduated with a PhD in Economics from University of Chicago in Spring 2026.
My current research agenda studies small and young firms — and how their outcomes are shaped by the state, technology and non-traditional forms of financing.
